It's about twenty minutes after six, and hurricane Irene is heading on her way. The writer is in the New York City suburbs well away from the Citys', high tide, evacuation areas. These being the East River and the Hudson River. As of right now here in Rockland County there is barely a rain, though we are expecting to see an unknown amount of Irene passing by, as she continues on her way north along the east coast.
